We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Java Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building high-performance, cross-platform applications in a fast-paced environment.

As a Java Developer, you will provide expertise across the project lifecycle, from design and implementation to optimization and support. You will design and develop high-quality, cloud-ready microservices using open-source technologies. Adhering to Agile methodologies and best practices, you will own tasks end-to-end, including design and deployment.

You will liaise with external vendors as needed for project support and ensure efficient data extraction and processing. This role involves providing expert troubleshooting for complex data-related issues and mentoring junior team members. You will also drive the adoption of Agile methodologies, facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and work closely with other functional and technical teams for seamless integration.

Candidates should possess 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience, with in-depth knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, and Quarkus. Experience with front-end technologies like Angular or React JS is a plus. Strong engineering skills in designing and implementing scalable solutions, along with good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and TDD, are essential.

Exposure to Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and Microservices is highly desired. Experience working with public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for solution development and deployment is beneficial. Proficiency in PL/SQL and database development, along with strong J2EE and OOPS design patterns, is required. You should have completed at least two implementation projects using mandatory skills and be capable of independent contribution.

Behavioral skills include the ability to work independently, strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. An ownership mindset, production-first approach, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments are key. The role demands driving best practices, mentoring junior engineers, and influencing design and architecture decisions. Proficiency in English is also required.
