Possess 12–15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Management.

Demonstrate a strong track record in designing enterprise-scale data architectures.

Showcase expertise in major cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

Have hands-on experience with modern data warehousing and lakehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.

Exhibit a solid understanding of data modeling techniques including OLTP, OLAP, dimensional modeling, and Data Vault.

Be proficient with ETL/ELT tools and orchestration frameworks.

Command proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python and Scala.

Experience with streaming technologies like Apache Kafka is preferred, alongside knowledge of data governance, MDM, cataloging, lineage, and security frameworks.

Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD practices, along with experience in large-scale distributed data systems, is essential.
