The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), workflow orchestration, microservices, and Java enterprise applications. Collaboration with stakeholders and development teams is key to optimizing organizational processes.

Design and implement business workflows using Camunda BPM (v7 or v8). Develop BPMN 2.0 workflows, DMN decision tables, and CMMN models.

Integrate Camunda with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud services. Develop custom Java delegates and external tasks. Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Design REST APIs and microservices for process automation. Optimize, debug, and tune workflows for performance and maintainability. Contribute to BPM best practices and architecture discussions.

Mandatory skills include robust experience with Camunda BPM (v7/v8), BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow automation.
