Manage comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting for government, MSME, CSR, and donor-funded projects. Provide critical financial advisory and support for MSME/traditional enterprise development, including facilitating essential linkages with banks and other financial institutions. Ensure rigorous financial compliance, optimize fund utilization, maintain accurate documentation, and meticulously monitor project expenditures according to applicable guidelines.

A strong background in financial management and accountancy is essential, with demonstrable experience in: - Government projects - MSME development - CSR projects - Donor agency-funded projects - Other related project financial management. Proven experience in effectively connecting MSME/traditional enterprises with appropriate financial institutions is required. A CA or MBA Finance qualification is mandatory, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Gujarati (reading, writing, and speaking) is highly preferred.
