As a Technology Sourcing Assistant Director within our Global Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in managing technology sourcing strategies and execution. This role is integral to driving significant value creation through effective sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and fostering strong supplier relationships. You'll be part of a global team dedicated to maximizing the value of the supply chain for EY and its clients.

This opportunity focuses on supporting the global EY organization by managing a substantial spend in technology infrastructure and services. You will partner closely with internal technology teams to enhance EY's position as a leader in technology-driven solutions.

As a senior individual contributor, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for technology categories. This includes managing multiple complex transactions, minimizing contractual risks, and ensuring year-on-year improvement in value for money.

Key responsibilities involve leading negotiations with suppliers, partnering with legal teams, and managing the full lifecycle of contracts for assigned programs. You will also proactively manage contract renewals, build strong relationships with internal business partners, and facilitate the onboarding of technology goods and services. Supporting the development of category strategies aligned with the global technology vision is also a core aspect of this role.

We are seeking an individual with a degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, or equivalent experience in technology or business operations. You should possess in-depth experience negotiating various service delivery models such as Outsourcing, Platform as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, and Software as a Service.

Proven experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships is essential. Strong skills in influencing, networking, and cross-functional collaboration are vital for success. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required for effective interaction within a global environment. The ability to manage and prioritize workload independently, coupled with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude, is crucial.
