You will be instrumental in driving high-value deals and end-to-end transformation initiatives, including cost optimization, M&A, growth strategies, and supply chain improvements.

Originate client opportunities by identifying strategic challenges and translating them into transformation programs. Drive revenue outcomes with a strong emphasis on sales and pipeline health. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suites, leading growth agenda discussions and defining operating models. Develop and maintain a robust sector pipeline, orchestrating integrated solutions across strategy, operations, finance, and technology consulting. Create market-leading offerings with frameworks and accelerators to deliver measurable client value.

Requires 25+ years in consulting or technology sector transformation, specifically within software/SaaS, semiconductors, electronics, hardware OEMs, or cloud/platform businesses. An advanced degree (MBA/MS in Engineering/Computer Science) is preferred, alongside a bachelor's degree in business, technology, or engineering. Essential skills include strong commercial acumen, financial modeling, deal structuring, deep understanding of semiconductor capital cycles and fab economics, expertise in operating model design, process transformation, technology-enabled automation, and proven enterprise-scale transformation leadership with successful pursuit experience.
