Originate high-impact transformation opportunities by deeply understanding client strategies and market disruptions. Drive revenue growth and maintain pipeline health by acting as a trusted C-suite advisor for technology clients. Lead growth agenda discussions, focusing on cost takeouts, operating model redesign, M&A integration, and supply chain optimization. Develop and implement repeatable, market-leading Technology sector offerings, including frameworks and accelerators, to deliver measurable client value. Orchestrate integrated, cross-disciplinary solutions across strategy, operations, finance, and technology consulting to address complex client challenges. Strengthen EY's sector eminence through thought leadership and market engagement.

A minimum of 25 years in consulting, specifically with top-tier firms or technology sector transformation, is essential. Experience should span software/SaaS, semiconductors, electronics, hardware OEMs, cloud, or platform-led businesses. An advanced degree, such as an MBA or MS in Engineering/Computer Science, is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or engineering being a mandatory requirement.

Key skills include strong commercial acumen, financial modeling, deal structuring, and a deep understanding of semiconductor capital cycles and electronics supply chains. Expertise in operating model design, process transformation, and technology-enabled automation, particularly within semiconductor and electronics manufacturing ecosystems, is critical. Proven ability to close large, complex transformation deals and lead enterprise-scale transformations is expected. Consulting growth and pursuit leadership experience are also vital.
