EY is seeking a Technology Risk Senior with expertise in AI Governance to join our team. You will be instrumental in assessing, designing, and implementing robust AI governance frameworks and risk management practices. Your contributions will ensure clients can confidently navigate the evolving AI landscape, promoting secure, compliant, and ethical AI adoption.

As a Senior in Technology Risk, you will drive AI Governance, Risk Management, and Assurance projects. You'll collaborate closely with Managers and engagement teams, performing risk assessments, evaluating controls, and supporting compliance reviews.

Key responsibilities include advising clients on designing, assessing, and enhancing AI governance programs, ensuring responsible and ethical AI deployment. You will help clients navigate the complexities of AI technologies, promoting transparency, accountability, and security throughout the AI lifecycle.

This role requires professionals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in AI Governance, Model Governance, Technology Risk, AI Risk Management, Data Governance, or Compliance.

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of Responsible AI principles, AI governance frameworks, and AI/ML lifecycle governance. Familiarity with AI regulations like ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and GDPR is essential. Experience in ITGC, ITAC, SOX, or GRC engagements is preferred.

Ideal candidates possess proficiency with collaboration and governance tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and ServiceNow, and have experience with AI and cloud platforms like Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud from a governance perspective.
