Join EY's Technology Risk Team as a Manager, specializing in AI Governance and Responsible AI. You will lead client engagements and internal projects, focusing on designing and implementing robust AI governance frameworks, policies, and risk management practices. Lead technology risk client engagements and internal projects focused on AI Governance and Responsible AI. Manage engagement teams, client relationships, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Coach team members and foster a positive learning environment. Guide clients in navigating the AI and Generative AI landscape by designing and implementing AI governance frameworks, policies, risk management practices, and compliance controls. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish AI governance operating models, risk assessments, lifecycle controls, and ensure secure, ethical, and compliant AI adoption.

Requires 8+ years of experience in AI Governance, Model Governance, Technology Risk, AI Risk Management, Data Governance, Responsible AI, or Compliance, with proven experience leading client engagements and cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of Responsible AI principles, AI Governance frameworks, AI/ML lifecycle governance, and AI risk management and control frameworks is essential. Knowledge of AI regulations like ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and GDPR is required. Familiarity with cloud, AI, and data platforms such as Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud, and experience managing GRC processes is also necessary.
