As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be instrumental in creating robust production and non-production cloud environments. This involves leveraging essential software tools to build platforms for projects and products.

You will also be responsible for deploying automation pipelines and implementing automated processes for environment creation and configuration, ensuring efficiency and consistency. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.

Design and construct custom Oracle AI solutions tailored to augment Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) scenarios using OCI AI services and Oracle data platforms.

Implement end-to-end RAG/agent patterns, encompassing ingestion, chunking/embeddings, vector search, reranking, and grounded generation with citations.

Establish evaluation metrics and quality gates, including grounding checks, regression tests, and red-team prompts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines before go-live.

Engineer secure-by-design deployments by configuring OCI IAM policies, network isolation, secrets management, and audit logging for production readiness.

Manage AI operations in production environments, focusing on SLOs, monitoring (latency, errors, token/cost), incident playbooks, and continuous optimization.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this role.

Possess strong foundational knowledge in OCI Generative AI and Data Science, including vector databases and embeddings.

Demonstrate expertise in Oracle data integration and governance, covering PII classification, access control, and lineage.

Exhibit strong engineering capabilities within the Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain to effectively ground AI outputs in Oracle process and data context.

Show proficiency in LLMOps, including prompt/version control, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and FinOps cost controls.

Ability to take Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to production with a focus on governance and reliability is essential.
