As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be instrumental in establishing and managing both production and non-production cloud environments, meticulously tailored to the specific needs of projects and products. Your primary focus will be on deploying robust automation pipelines designed to streamline the creation and configuration of these environments, thereby ensuring seamless and highly efficient operational workflows.

This role involves close collaboration with diverse teams to ensure environment setups align precisely with project prerequisites. Continuous monitoring to uphold optimal performance levels is also a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Ultimately, your work lays the essential foundation upon which sophisticated software solutions are developed and delivered.

You are expected to operate with a high degree of independence and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain. Active participation and insightful contributions during team discussions are essential for collaborative problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of effective solutions for work-related challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand environment requirements and subsequently deliver suitable cloud infrastructure solutions. Maintaining and optimizing automation pipelines is vital to enhance deployment efficiency and minimize manual intervention.

Documenting environment configurations and automation processes is critical to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure operational continuity. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to junior team members, assisting them with environment setup and automation tasks.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory, with a specific emphasis on Microsoft Fabric. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of provisioning and managing cloud environments. Proficiency in utilizing automation tools and scripting for environment deployment is expected.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a significant advantage. The ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to cloud infrastructure and automation is also a key requirement. Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks is considered a plus.

This role demands 15 years of full-time education. The position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office in Bengaluru.
