We are seeking a Technology Platform Engineer to design and implement AI-native Oracle solutions on OCI. This role focuses on building and running custom AI applications and agents, tailored to client data and Oracle Order Management processes.

The ideal candidate will leverage OCI AI services and Oracle data platforms to augment Oracle Order Management scenarios, integrating RAG/agent patterns from ingestion to grounded generation.

Responsibilities include defining evaluation metrics, engineering secure deployments, and managing AI operations in production, ensuring adherence to SLOs and continuous optimization.

- Design and build custom Oracle AI solutions augmenting Oracle Order Management scenarios using OCI AI services and Oracle data platforms. - Implement end-to-end RAG/agent patterns: ingestion, chunking/embeddings, vector search, rerank, and grounded generation with citations. - Define evaluation and quality gates, including grounding checks, regression tests, and red-team prompts, integrating them into CI/CD before go-live. - Engineer secure-by-design deployments with OCI IAM policies, network isolation, secrets management, and audit logging for production readiness. - Manage AI in production through SLOs, monitoring (latency, errors, token/cost), incident playbooks, and continuous optimization.

- A strong foundation in OCI Generative AI / Data Science, vector databases, and embeddings is essential. - Proficiency in Oracle data integration and governance, including PII classification, access control, and lineage, is required. - Deep engineering expertise within the Oracle Order Management domain is crucial for grounding AI outputs in relevant process and data context. - Experience with LLMOps, including prompt/version control, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and FinOps cost controls, is expected. - Demonstrated ability to take Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to production with robust governance and reliability is a key requirement.
