We are seeking an experienced ETL Designer to lead data integration initiatives across enterprise data platforms. You will be responsible for designing robust ETL solutions, conducting thorough data analysis, and ensuring efficient data flow between various systems. Design and document comprehensive ETL solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. Analyze source and target systems to define precise data mappings and transformation logic. Develop and review detailed ETL design documents, technical specifications, and impact assessments. Provide crucial support to development teams during build, testing, and deployment phases. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data integration, connectivity, and data quality. Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure project success.

Uphold data governance, security policies, and enterprise standards throughout all processes. Participate actively in production support activities and conduct root cause analysis for identified issues. Drive design discussions independently and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Demonstrate an ownership mindset, prioritizing quality and timely delivery.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in ETL and data integration is required, with a strong understanding of core ETL concepts, data movement, and transformation techniques. Proficiency in SQL development, including query optimization, and the ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and validate results are essential. Experience working with relational databases and a solid grasp of infrastructure and connectivity fundamentals, including upstream/downstream system integrations, are necessary.

A basic understanding of SSL connectivity, network/database connections, ETL tool connectivity configurations, and file transfer concepts is also expected. While Talend ETL experience is preferred, candidates with a strong foundation in ETL design and solutioning roles will be highly considered. Exposure to Data Warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and reporting/BI tools like Apache Superset is a plus.
