As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing enterprise-grade data analytics solutions. Your contributions will directly impact how clients understand and utilize their data to achieve strategic business objectives.

Design and deploy sophisticated Power BI solutions, including comprehensive dashboards, reports, and data models.

Lead data modeling initiatives using star/snowflake schemas and adhere to best practices in Power BI and SQL environments.

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to architect scalable BI solutions.

Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards, including Row-Level Security in Power BI.

Gather and translate business requirements into effective Power BI dashboards that align with objectives.

Enhance Power BI performance through meticulous data modeling, query tuning, and incremental refresh strategies.

Mentor junior BI developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices within the team.

Possess over 4 years of direct experience in Power BI development, with advanced proficiency in Power Query (M language) and DAX.

Demonstrate expert-level command of SQL and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Oracle.

Exhibit a deep understanding of various data modeling techniques, including normalized, denormalized, star, and snowflake schemas.

Have robust experience managing large datasets, creating reusable data assets, and optimizing Power BI performance.

Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, and data pipeline design; experience with tools like SSIS, Talend, or Azure Data Factory is beneficial.

Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is advantageous.

Showcase strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and effective stakeholder management.
