NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Technology Consultant and Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in India. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other platform tools. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, develop reusable components, and configure OmniStudio elements. The role involves building and maintaining integrations, configuring Salesforce objects and security settings, and participating in solution architecture discussions. Code reviews, mentoring junior developers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with best practices are also integral parts of this position. You will support SIT, UAT, and production support, contributing to sprint planning and Agile delivery.

We require a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development. Essential skills include strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce Configuration. Proficiency in developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms is necessary. A solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits is expected. Experience with OmniStudio components, Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), source control systems, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is also required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are fundamental for this role.
