Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, from design and development to testing and deployment. Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Design scalable technical solutions and oversee complex integrations with enterprise applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architects, Business Analysts, and Product Owners, to achieve project goals. Oversee code reviews, performance optimization, and the implementation of robust security frameworks. Drive technical estimations, sprint planning, and backlog grooming activities for agile delivery.

Manage technical risks and dependencies, communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional with 7-10+ years of comprehensive experience.

Essential skills include deep hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and OmniStudio.

A strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Data Model, Security Framework, and Governor Limits is crucial.

Proven experience in designing and implementing REST and SOAP-based integrations, alongside experience leading development teams and technical initiatives, is required.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and robust stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role.
