Analyze and validate business requirements and user stories to define robust test scenarios. Prepare and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Perform various testing types including functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing. Validate Salesforce functionalities, including standard and custom objects, Lightning components, Flows, and security models. Test integrations with external applications and perform API testing using tools like Postman. Manage defects effectively using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, and collaborate with teams for resolution. Support user acceptance testing, release validation, and post-deployment verification activities. Maintain clear traceability between requirements and test cases, ensuring comprehensive documentation. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Bring 2–4 years of experience in Manual Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years dedicated to testing Salesforce applications. A strong grasp of Salesforce platform concepts, including objects, Lightning Experience, Flows, and security configurations, is essential. Demonstrated experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing methodologies is required. You should be adept at creating detailed test documentation from business requirements and proficient in defect lifecycle management. Familiarity with API testing concepts and experience working within Agile/Scrum environments are key. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are expected.
