Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows. You will build reusable components, create custom functionality, and configure core Salesforce features like objects, fields, and page layouts.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for integrating Salesforce with external applications via APIs and managing Salesforce security. This includes troubleshooting application and data issues, ensuring adherence to development standards, and supporting CI/CD pipelines and release management activities. Collaboration within Agile ceremonies and across cross-functional teams is essential.

We require 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience, with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Triggers. A solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, declarative capabilities, and API integrations (REST/SOAP) is crucial.

Essential knowledge includes the Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, Sharing Framework, and Governor Limits. Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, along with DevOps tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines, is necessary. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are expected. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
