Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated test scripts for Salesforce applications. Create and enhance reusable automation frameworks and components to boost efficiency and test coverage. Execute comprehensive automated tests, including functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. Validate intricate Salesforce functionalities, including standard/custom objects, Lightning components, Flows, validation rules, and sharing models. Automate the testing of Salesforce integrations and APIs using both REST and SOAP services. Perform thorough API testing utilizing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI. Develop sophisticated automation solutions with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Copado Robotic Testing. Generate and manage test data, automation utilities, and reusable testing assets. Integrate automation suites seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Analyze test failures, pinpoint root causes, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects promptly. Prepare and maintain essential test documentation, including plans, strategies, scripts, cases, and execution reports. Track and manage defects effectively using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Actively participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and defect triage sessions. Provide support for SIT, UAT, regression testing, release validation, and post-deployment verification. Continuously seek opportunities to expand automation coverage and optimize testing efficiency.

Possess 4-7+ years of dedicated experience in Quality Assurance and Automation Testing. Demonstrate at least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically testing Salesforce applications. Exhibit a strong command of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including Objects, Relationships, Lightning Experience, Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Security Models. Showcase practical experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Copado Robotic Testing. Have prior experience in test automation scripting using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. Bring proven experience in API testing and validating Salesforce integrations. Maintain a deep understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies. Have worked effectively within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks. Possess robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
