Execute comprehensive manual test scripts and end-to-end user workflows in production-like environments. Develop precise test scenarios and test cases by thoroughly reviewing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Perform detailed functional testing to ensure application behavior aligns with business specifications. Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, and supporting evidence. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and support root cause analysis. Participate actively in defect triage meetings, communicating risks and quality concerns to the team.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, and Software Quality Assurance is required. Candidates must possess 3+ years of experience in developing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and end-to-end business workflow testing. Additionally, 2+ years of experience with defect management, regression testing, and requirements/acceptance criteria validation is essential. Proficiency in using defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, or ALM is also necessary for this role. A Bachelor's degree is expected for this position.
