This position focuses on validating business-critical applications against defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in manual and functional testing, meticulous defect management, and thorough regression testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of software delivery.

Execute comprehensive manual test scripts and end-to-end user workflows within production-like environments.

Develop detailed test scenarios and test cases by thoroughly reviewing business requirements and acceptance criteria. Perform in-depth functional testing to ensure application behavior aligns precisely with business specifications. Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence, managing them through resolution and retesting. Conduct regression testing to guarantee that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality. Validate integrated business processes across multiple applications as needed. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners for requirement clarification and work closely with Developers to resolve defects.

Possess at least 3 years of experience in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, and Software Quality Assurance. Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in developing and executing test cases, scenarios, and end-to-end business workflow testing. Accumulate 2+ years of experience in defect management, regression testing, and validating requirements/acceptance criteria. Have 2+ years of hands-on experience with defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, or ALM. Core skills include expertise in Manual, Functional, Regression, End-to-End, Smoke & Sanity Testing, understanding User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Requirements, and proficiency in Defect Management, Business Process Validation, and documentation using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
