We are seeking a skilled Technology Consultant specializing in Functional Testing to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. Execute manual test scripts, business processes, and end-to-end user workflows in production-like environments. Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Perform rigorous functional testing to ensure application behavior aligns with business needs.

Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, and supporting evidence. Retest resolved defects and conduct regression testing to confirm the stability of the application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, reproduce defects, and support root cause analysis. Participate in defect triage meetings and communicate testing risks and quality concerns.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, and Software Quality Assurance is required. You should also have 3+ years of experience in developing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and end-to-end business workflow testing. Proficiency in defect management, regression testing, and requirements/acceptance criteria validation is essential, with at least 2 years of experience in these areas.

Experience with defect/test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, or ALM is necessary. Core skills include proficiency in various testing types (Manual, Functional, Regression, End-to-End, Smoke & Sanity), understanding of requirements documentation, and strong defect management practices. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and STLC methodologies is expected.
