Join Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) as a Technology Consultant, contributing to global strategic customer engagements. You will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions powered by Microsoft Cloud and AI, addressing unique customer challenges and driving digital transformation.

As a Technology Consultant, you will embed with customer stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for GenAI/agentic scenarios. You will design and implement these solutions on Microsoft platforms, including Dynamics 365, M365 Copilots, Power Platform, and Azure.

Your role involves rapid prototyping, building Proofs of Concept (POCs), and evolving them into production-ready implementations with robust testing, monitoring, and secure deployment. You will own the end-to-end delivery, from architecture and build specifications to operational guides, and proactively mitigate technical and business risks specific to AI systems.

Key responsibilities include supporting deployment and live stabilization, troubleshooting integrations and model behavior, and balancing platform configuration with extensibility. You will co-engineer with customer teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and drive delivery plans across the full lifecycle, ensuring reusable assets and feedback loops.

Specific areas of focus include Microsoft 365 Migration & Security (SharePoint), Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Salesforce takeouts), Copilot Extensibility (M365 & D365 agents, multi-agent orchestration), and Azure Fabric & Azure AI Foundry (unified data management, Lakehouse architecture, enterprise agent development).

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with demonstrated experience delivering production software solutions. You need at least 15 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft platforms, including Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure, with expertise in integration, security, and deployment.

Proven experience delivering hands-on, production-grade solutions across the entire lifecycle is essential. Experience building or extending solutions involving Copilots, AI-assisted workflows, or intelligent automation is highly valued. Certifications and/or experience in Azure Solutions, Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, and Power Platform, with exposure to Azure AI services and GenAI solution patterns, are a strong plus.

Familiarity with Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and operational readiness is strongly preferred. Desirable experience includes Azure solution development, Contact Center solutions, Copilot Studio, and building GenAI/agentic experiences. Excellent communication skills are crucial for explaining AI behaviors and risks to diverse stakeholders, driving alignment, and fostering collaboration.

You should embody a trusted customer-facing engineering presence, capable of deep collaboration, knowledge transfer, and proactive risk mitigation, including AI-specific failure modes. This is an individual contributor role where influence through strong engineering judgment and structured problem-solving is key. Comfort working across time zones and in blended models is expected.
