Key responsibilities include leading the TBM Office, managing Apptio solutions for IT cost optimization, and establishing a TBM framework with IT, finance, and business units to align technology spending with strategic goals.
The role involves developing actionable insights via Apptio dashboards and reports for executive decision-making, ensuring data integration and quality with other enterprise tools, and driving adoption of TBM best practices through training and change management.
Additional duties encompass monitoring performance metrics for cost optimization and ROI, supporting financial analysis and planning processes, serving as the liaison with IBM Apptio support, leading change initiatives for TBM data maturity, and staying current with industry trends to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Significant experience in technology business management, IT financial management, or related areas is essential.
Candidates must possess domain knowledge in TBM methodology and IBM Apptio platform capabilities, alongside proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and IT service management. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence executive decisions, and drive organizational change is expected. Experience in project management, process improvement, technology portfolio optimization, and strategic thinking is also necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
