The AI Identity Architect will be instrumental in designing and governing the integration of advanced AI capabilities, automation, and intelligence into EY’s global Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with various technology and business teams to ensure secure, compliant, and strategically aligned AI solutions.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of IAM by architecting AI-augmented solutions that elevate the intelligence, automation, and adaptive capabilities of enterprise platforms. You will define standards and governance models for the safe deployment of AI and agentic systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and security policies.

Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into the enterprise IAM strategy, aligning with business objectives, security policies, and technology roadmaps.

Architect AI-augmented solutions that enhance the intelligence, automation, and adaptive features of global IAM platforms.

Design and integrate AI-based features such as adaptive access control, predictive threat detection, and identity analytics within the IAM framework.

Define architectural standards, frameworks, and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Establish architectural guardrails and governance models for secure and auditable AI and agentic system deployments.

Define and enforce identity management strategies specifically for AI agents, including their lifecycles, entitlements, and ownership.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on applying Agentic AI to identity operations, user experience, and risk reduction.

A strong foundation in Information Security principles is essential, coupled with specialized expertise in:

Proven experience in providing architecture guidance and advisory services for diverse environments and systems, including roadmaps, optimization, and migration strategies.

Extensive experience implementing or architecting AI, ML, or automation technologies within IAM or cybersecurity domains.

Experience designing and integrating systems using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent AI orchestration standards.

Solid understanding of Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, and reinforcement-based agents.

Proficiency with enterprise IAM platforms such as Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, and PlainID, along with identity analytics tools.

The ability to effectively communicate and advocate for key security requirements and controls to development teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all management levels.
