As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Your role will involve leading enterprise ETL/ELT development, constructing workflow orchestration processes, and developing sophisticated Python-based frameworks.

This role centers on architecting and deploying scalable data engineering solutions within the GCP ecosystem. Key responsibilities include leading the development of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) and Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes for enterprises. You will also be responsible for building and managing workflow orchestration systems, creating advanced Python frameworks, and actively collaborating with various stakeholders. A significant part of the role involves driving performance optimization initiatives and providing mentorship to junior members of the engineering team.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 5 to 8 years of extensive experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Essential expertise includes BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Dataproc. Advanced proficiency in Python programming is a must, alongside strong SQL and PL/SQL skills. Hands-on experience with Spark/PySpark is required for building high-performance, scalable data pipelines. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities are crucial for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Looker, CI/CD practices, and cloud cost optimization.
