As a Senior Consultant, your primary focus will be on designing and implementing robust, scalable data engineering solutions specifically on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will lead enterprise-level ETL/ELT development, establish efficient workflow orchestration processes, and create sophisticated Python-based frameworks. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive technical solutions will be key. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing data pipeline performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and actively mentoring junior members of the engineering team.

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), backed by 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience. Essential technical proficiencies include expertise in BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Dataproc, coupled with advanced Python programming skills. A solid understanding of SQL and PL/SQL, along with practical experience in Spark/PySpark for building high-performance data pipelines, is also crucial. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Looker, CI/CD practices, and cloud optimization techniques.
