As a Data Architect Manager, you will design and implement scalable cloud-based data solutions, lead data engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, and develop/optimize data pipelines using Databricks and cloud tools. You will collaborate closely with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data quality, performance, and governance standards. This role also involves supporting pre-sales and solutioning initiatives, managing client expectations, and driving team collaboration and performance.

We seek candidates with 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based data solutions, coupled with strong expertise in cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data platforms. Essential skills include Databricks/Spark, big data processing, ETL/ELT, data modeling, SQL, and Python/Scala. Proven experience in managing teams, project delivery, and a solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and data governance frameworks are crucial. Snowflake knowledge and exposure to orchestration tools like Airflow are preferred. A B.Tech or BE in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
