Our practice focuses on business intelligence, data management, performance management, and next-generation analytics, including big data, cloud, cognitive, and machine learning technologies. You will be instrumental in guiding companies to manage data effectively and unlock its full potential.

Lead data engineering teams to design and implement scalable cloud-based data solutions. Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and cloud tools, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to data quality, performance, and governance standards.

Collaborate closely with clients to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Support pre-sales and solutioning initiatives, manage client expectations, and drive team performance through effective leadership and problem-solving.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based data solutions is essential, with a preference for 10+ years. Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP is required, alongside proficiency in Databricks/Spark for big data processing.

Demonstrated experience in ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and strong SQL and Python/Scala skills are crucial. Experience managing teams, project delivery, and a solid understanding of data governance frameworks are also key. Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices for data pipelines is highly beneficial.
