Design and implement scalable cloud-based data solutions, leading data engineering teams to ensure timely delivery. Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and cloud tools, translating client business requirements into robust technical solutions. Maintain high standards for data quality, performance, and governance, while also supporting pre-sales and solutioning initiatives.

Manage teams effectively, drive project delivery, and ensure client expectations are met through excellent communication. Foster collaboration, enhance team performance, and solve complex problems to deliver tangible business value. Mentor team members and support capability development within the practice.

We are seeking experienced professionals with over 10 years of expertise in data architecture, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern data platforms. Essential skills include hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Databricks/Spark for big data processing, and ETL/ELT pipelines with data modeling. Proficiency in SQL and Python/Scala, coupled with experience in managing teams and project delivery, is crucial.

Familiarity with Snowflake, CI/CD, DevOps practices for data pipelines, and orchestration tools like Airflow is highly beneficial. A strong understanding of data governance frameworks is also expected. A B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days per week at the client office in Pune or Hyderabad.
