Design and implement scalable, cloud-based data solutions, leading data engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery. Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and cloud-native tools, collaborating closely with clients to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Ensure high standards for data quality, performance, and governance. Support pre-sales efforts and solutioning initiatives. Lead teams effectively, manage client expectations, drive collaboration, and mentor team members to foster capability development and deliver significant business value.

We seek a seasoned professional with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based data solutions. Strong expertise in cloud ecosystems like AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with modern data platforms, is essential.

Proficiency in Databricks/Spark for big data processing, coupled with experience in ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling, is required. You must possess strong SQL and Python/Scala skills, alongside proven experience in managing teams and project delivery. Knowledge of Snowflake, CI/CD, DevOps practices for data pipelines, and orchestration tools is also highly valued. A B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred.
