Seeking a Techno-Functional expert with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in Workforce Compensation and Core HR.

This role requires a blend of technical and functional skills, ideal for a candidate adept at configuring and supporting complex HR processes within the Oracle Fusion environment. The position offers the opportunity to work with a client-facing team and contribute to critical HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be based offshore and available to align with UK business hours, demonstrating flexibility and strong remote collaboration abilities.

Drive end-to-end compensation cycles, from preparation and configuration to execution, validation, and post-cycle activities.

Develop and debug Fast Formulae to ensure accurate compensation calculations and process flows.

Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and propose optimal Oracle Fusion solutions.

Provide comprehensive support for configuration, functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production environments, including effective troubleshooting.

Possess strong techno-functional expertise (70% functional, 30% technical) in Oracle Fusion HCM, with primary strengths in Workforce Compensation and Core HR.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation modules, including compensation plans, eligibility, budgets, worksheets, approvals, and cycle management.

Exhibit a solid understanding of the overall Oracle Fusion HCM stack and module interdependencies, along with core HR processes like employee lifecycle management, workforce structures, and employment changes.

Leverage excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Experience working in a client-facing setting and with geographically distributed teams is essential.
