Develop, revise, and maintain technical publications according to customer specifications and quality benchmarks. Interpret engineering data, drawings, and change requests to produce accurate documentation. Utilize approved authoring tools and methodologies for content creation and updates. Conduct self and peer reviews to ensure document accuracy and quality.

Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical queries and manage documentation lifecycle. Maintain document traceability and configuration control. Contribute to process improvements, automation, and knowledge sharing. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.

A minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in Technical Publications or Technical Authoring is required. A solid understanding of the technical publications lifecycle and documentation processes is essential. Proficiency in authoring tools like Arbortext Editor, FrameMaker, Contenta, or SAP, along with working knowledge of XML/SGML structured authoring concepts, is necessary.

Familiarity with aerospace documentation standards such as S1000D or ATA/iSpec2200 is preferred. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications is key. Experience with configuration management and engineering change implementation is beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are expected. A BE/B.Tech in Aerospace/Aeronautical or AME in Avionics/Mechanical is preferred.
