As a Technical Training Specialist, you will lead the delivery of technical training programs for Data Center Operations. This involves managing initial training for new hires, covering IT infrastructure, server hardware, networking, and break-fix procedures. You will conduct hands-on training, manage training logistics, maintain instructor qualifications, and monitor trainee progress. Additionally, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for learning labs, maintain training spaces and equipment, develop SOPs, and create practical training scenarios simulating real-world IT hardware failures.

This role requires at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and 3 years in a team lead capacity, including supporting, training, and mentoring junior technicians. Proven experience in conducting predictive/preventative maintenance procedures and demonstrating safety standards is also necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and nights, is essential. Preferred qualifications include AWS certifications, knowledge of networking, security, databases, and operating systems, as well as experience with graphic training systems, LMS, technical writing, and multimedia content creation.
