Develop and deliver engaging technical training programs, encompassing e-learning, virtual, and classroom formats. Refine and update training materials, including handbooks and job aids, to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and create visual aids like flow charts and diagrams that enhance curriculum understanding. Identify and address learning needs, contributing to the design and development of effective learning modules.

Deliver course materials according to business unit timelines, adapting to evolving requirements. Evaluate training program outcomes and implement necessary adjustments to optimize the learning experience. Maintain detailed records of training activities and participant progress.

A Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering technical training, preferably within a helpdesk or technical support context.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential, alongside strong organizational and project management skills. The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is key.

We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, who are comfortable leveraging learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools. A working knowledge of NTT DATA's supported software and systems is beneficial, as is the ability to present and facilitate training sessions effectively.
