Seeking a seasoned Performance Test Engineer with over a decade of experience in LoadRunner and Performance Engineering. This role involves leading performance testing initiatives for enterprise applications, ensuring their scalability, stability, and reliability.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance tests across diverse application environments, including web, cloud, API, ERP, and middleware.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to identify performance bottlenecks, suggest optimization strategies, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing various performance tests like Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, Scalability, and Capacity Testing. You will analyze test results to pinpoint bottlenecks in application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers.

Prepare comprehensive performance test reports, document findings, and provide actionable recommendations. Collaboration with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Infrastructure teams, and Project Managers is essential.

Participate actively in performance requirement gathering and capacity planning. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to junior team members and present findings to stakeholders.

Proficiency in designing, developing, executing, and maintaining performance test scripts using LoadRunner. This includes creating workload models and performance testing strategies tailored to business and technical requirements.

Experience in developing and maintaining LoadRunner scripts for Web HTTP/HTML and Web Services is crucial. You should be adept at script parameterization and correlation for realistic test execution, along with designing reusable testing frameworks and automation utilities.
