Seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to meticulously test enterprise applications and integrations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of complex workflows across platforms like Salesforce, SYSPRO, Expresso, and Workfront.

The focus will be on validating data synchronization, business logic, and API interfaces to maintain high-quality standards for our software solutions.

Key duties include designing and executing comprehensive test cases for functional, integration, and API testing. You will be responsible for verifying data synchronization across various systems and confirming the accuracy of field-level mapping. Performing regression testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and diligently documenting test results, raising, and tracking defects to resolution are also essential aspects of this position.

A strong foundation in manual testing and API testing is essential for this role. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of enterprise systems and data flow principles. Proficiency with tools such as Postman, JIRA, and experience in documenting tests using Excel are required. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, coupled with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, is crucial.
