We are looking for an accomplished Performance Test Engineer with over a decade of dedicated experience in LoadRunner and Performance Engineering. This role is pivotal in spearheading performance testing initiatives for complex enterprise applications.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the scalability, stability, and reliability of our applications through meticulous performance testing across web, cloud, API, ERP, and middleware platforms.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing diverse performance tests such as load, stress, endurance, volume, scalability, and capacity testing.

You will analyze test outcomes to pinpoint performance bottlenecks within application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers. Furthermore, you will craft comprehensive performance test reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and Infrastructure specialists, is essential.

This role also involves participating in performance requirement gathering, capacity planning discussions, providing technical leadership, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive expertise in designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for intricate applications. A strong background in LoadRunner is mandatory for creating and maintaining scripts, including proficiency in Web HTTP/HTML and Web Services.

You should be adept at parameterizing scripts and implementing correlation for realistic test execution, along with designing reusable testing frameworks and automation utilities. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending optimal tuning strategies.
