Seeking an experienced QA Lead with a robust background in Quality Engineering and Test Automation to join our team. This role focuses on defining and implementing comprehensive QA strategies and driving high standards of quality across our projects.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in API and UI testing, utilizing tools like Selenium, and have a strong understanding of REST/SOAP services. Experience in developing automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential, along with practical knowledge of CI/CD, Agile methodologies, Shift-Left, and Continuous Testing principles.

We are looking for a leader capable of analyzing defects, identifying root causes, and optimizing testing processes. Familiarity with AI-led testing, GenAI tools, and GitHub Copilot is advantageous. Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, PCF) is preferred, as are strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.

Develop and execute advanced test automation solutions, including API and UI testing.

Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks using languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Implement and champion CI/CD pipelines and Agile, Shift-Left, and Continuous Testing practices.

Define and champion the overall QA strategy, establish quality metrics, and ensure adherence to standards.

Conduct thorough defect analysis, pinpoint root causes, and implement strategies for test optimization.

Leverage AI-driven testing tools and GenAI capabilities to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.

Proven expertise in API/UI testing with tools like Selenium, and proficiency with REST/SOAP services.

Demonstrated experience in building automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Solid understanding of CI/CD, Agile, Shift-Left, and Continuous Testing methodologies.

Evidence of defining and driving QA strategy, standards, and quality metrics.

Familiarity with AI-led testing, GenAI tools, and GitHub Copilot is a plus.

Experience with defect analysis, root cause identification, and test optimization is required.

Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or PCF is preferred.
