We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our Testing Services team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and stability of our ServiceNow platform through comprehensive testing strategies and automation.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Validate ServiceNow modules, workflows, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications across releases. Support major, minor, patch, and platform upgrade testing activities. Create and maintain regression test suites to ensure release quality and platform stability. Log, track, and validate defects through resolution, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders. Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and provide release readiness recommendations. Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and quality governance processes.

Proven experience in ServiceNow testing is mandatory, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Proficiency in functional and regression testing, defect management, and test planning/execution. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is required. Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium automation frameworks is highly desirable. Knowledge of CI/CD practices, API testing, and enterprise ServiceNow implementations is preferred.
