Seeking a seasoned Salesforce DevOps Engineer to enhance our Salesforce development workflow. This role focuses on optimizing deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and release management to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of Salesforce solutions across various environments.

- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications using GitHub Actions. - Oversee Salesforce deployments across multiple sandboxes and production environments. - Automate metadata and data deployments, adhering to governance and security standards. - Leverage tools like ANT, VS Code, Workbench, PMD, and Checkmarx for pipeline automation. - Implement best practices for version control with Git and branching strategies. - Manage SSO certificate renewals and related configurations. - Maintain Audit Trails, Deployments, Documentation, and Runbooks for compliance. - Conduct Impact Analysis and Risk Management. - Ensure Salesforce Security & Governance, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Data Security, Sharing Settings, SSO, Named Credentials, and Connected Apps.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps or Release Management is essential. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its metadata structure, and deployment strategies. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps, along with proficiency in Git for version control, is required.

Familiarity with SFDX CLI, Salesforce APIs, and automation scripting is expected. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and release planning will be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are crucial for this role. Experience with PMD and Checkmarx for code quality and security scanning, as well as SSO certificate renewal processes, is also highly valued.
