We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist with a strong background in Salesforce Development (SFDC) to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to leverage their expertise in SFDC across various cloud platforms and provide innovative solutions.

This position focuses on hands-on development and configuration within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be instrumental in building and enhancing our Salesforce instance to meet business needs and drive efficiency.

Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and other Salesforce technologies.

Configure and administer Salesforce out-of-the-box features, including flows, validation rules, custom metadata, and object models.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems and ensure data consistency and integrity.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce environment.

Possess 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Salesforce development.

Demonstrate robust experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Batch Apex, Triggers, and Integrations.

Have a solid understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, including Community Cloud capabilities.

Proficiency in out-of-the-box configuration and administration, such as flows, validation rules, custom metadata, and object modeling is essential.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to deliver optimal technical solutions.
