Seeking a skilled Technical Specialist with a focus on Generative AI. This role involves creating, deploying, and managing advanced GenAI solutions that leverage modern agentic architectures.

Ideal candidates will possess strong foundational knowledge and proven real-world production experience in AI and Machine Learning, with a specialization in GenAI. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying GenAI and ML solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Azure AI Studio. You will build LLM-powered applications incorporating prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, and agentic AI design patterns.

Further responsibilities involve developing Agent-to-Agent (A2A) workflows for task orchestration and implementing MLOps and LLMOps practices. Ensuring LLM security and implementing guardrails will also be crucial aspects of this role.

A minimum of 5 years of total experience is required, with 4-6 years specifically in AI-ML and GenAI. Demonstrating strong fundamentals and practical, production-level exposure is essential.

Proficiency in building LLM-powered applications using techniques such as prompt engineering, tool/function calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI design patterns is expected. Experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) workflows and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is beneficial.
