Develop and implement advanced marketing automation workflows and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.

Manage data integrations, data modeling, and data pipelines within Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure seamless data flow.

Customize Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud components using AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.

Integrate these platforms with other Salesforce modules and third-party systems.

Oversee the development of business requirements, application design, configuration, and testing.

Work on new development initiatives and provide bug fixes and enhancements for existing SFDC solutions.

Create reports and dashboards for marketing performance insights.

Conduct testing and optimization of campaigns and processes for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Manage release and environment processes, including metadata and data migration.

Develop comprehensive technical documentation.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a hands-on technical or development capacity.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

Exhibit a strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, encompassing data integration, modeling, and management practices.

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SQL, and AMPscript is essential.

Familiarity with all phases of software development is expected, from requirements analysis to implementation and support.

Experience with source control tools like Git is necessary.
