We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist in DevOps to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our production systems.

You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes. If you have a passion for automation and a proven track record in DevOps practices, we encourage you to apply.

Monitor and manage application availability, performance, and capacity across various environments. Implement and maintain robust incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow.

Perform in-depth root cause analysis to drive significant improvements in MTTR, MTTA, and MTTD. Leverage Splunk, New Relic, and other proactive monitoring tools to maintain system health.

Automate operational tasks and enhance efficiency through Shell/Python scripting. Manage CI/CD pipelines, source code repositories, and deployment automation strategies. Support cloud migration initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, patching, and ensure security compliance.

A strong background in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and production support is essential. Hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins is required. You should possess a deep understanding of middleware technologies like WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, and Nginx.

Familiarity with load balancers (F5/AVI), networking concepts, routing, and traffic management is important. Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working in 24x7 production support environments are highly desirable.

Mandatory skills include Python, Jenkins, PowerShell, REST API's, and Configuration Management. Optional skills such as Puppet, Ansible, SonaeQube, Azure DevOps, AWS-DevOps, and Kubernetes will be beneficial.
