Seeking a skilled Technical Specialist in DevOps to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and efficiency of our production environments.

Key responsibilities include managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and optimizing application availability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SRE principles and production support.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Hyderabad, India, requiring 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Monitor and manage application availability, performance, and capacity across production systems.

Handle incident, problem, and change management workflows using ServiceNow.

Perform thorough root cause analysis to reduce MTTR, MTTA, and MTTD.

Utilize Splunk, New Relic, and other proactive monitoring tools to maintain system health.

Develop and maintain Shell/Python scripts for automation and operational enhancements.

Manage CI/CD pipelines, source code repositories, and deployment automation processes.

Support cloud migration initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, patching, and security compliance.

Understand and manage load balancers, networking, routing, and traffic management.

Proven experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Production Support.

Hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins is essential.

Strong knowledge of middleware technologies such as WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, and Nginx.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and working in 24x7 production support environments is required.

Knowledge of Shell/Python scripting for automation and operational efficiency is necessary.

Understanding of load balancers (F5/AVI), networking, routing, and traffic management is beneficial.

Mandatory skills include Python, Jenkins, PowerShell, and REST API's.
