Seeking a skilled Technical Specialist in Cybersecurity with a focus on Vulnerability Management. This role is crucial for identifying, triaging, tracking, and remediating vulnerabilities across the organization. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure timely resolution and maintain robust security standards.

The position requires a deep understanding of vulnerability management processes, tools, and best practices. Experience with enterprise vulnerability scanning solutions and cloud/container security is essential. Familiarity with security frameworks like PCI DSS, NIST, and ISO 27001 is expected.

Additionally, this role involves leveraging modern, risk-based approaches and exploring the application of AI in vulnerability management for enhanced analysis, prioritization, and automation. Hands-on experience with AI tools for scripting and data analysis will be beneficial.

Drive the organization's Vulnerability Management Program by ensuring swift identification, triage, tracking, and remediation of vulnerabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to champion remediation programs and oversee vulnerability closure.

Analyze and validate various vulnerability scanning reports, ensuring comprehensive documentation, tracking, and resolution of organizational vulnerabilities.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and the Infosec team to address reported vulnerabilities, ensuring timely remediation or approved exceptions, and managing ad-hoc scans.

Provide clear guidance to stakeholders and technical teams on vulnerabilities, their criticality, potential impacts, and effective remediation strategies to meet information security standards.

Develop detailed remediation reports, out-briefs, and scorecards that highlight risks, vulnerabilities, and organizational progress.

Deliver regular reports and updates to senior management on the vulnerability management program's status, including remediation progress and any critical vulnerabilities requiring immediate attention.

Possess at least 5 years of direct experience in managing a Vulnerability Management Program.

Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Have a strong background in IT, Cybersecurity, Risk/Vulnerability Analysis, or related fields.

Exhibit profound knowledge of vulnerability management processes, tools, best practices, and validation/triaging techniques.

Proficiency with industry-standard enterprise vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Nexus IQ, Fortify, Keylight, Datamart/Power BI, and Splunk.

Gain experience with vulnerability management within containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and major cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Familiarity with security frameworks and standards including PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP Top 10, or Critical Security Controls.

Experience with AI in vulnerability management, including automation, dashboards, reporting, and workflow integration using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot.

Basic understanding of Generative AI capabilities and their application in vulnerability analysis, prioritization, reporting, and automation is advantageous.
