Seeking a skilled Technical Specialist in Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and optimizing cloud and infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

Focus areas include functional aspects of capacity management, service level agreements, incident resolution, and IT infrastructure oversight. The position also emphasizes behavioral competencies such as winning customer trust, teamwork, and forward-thinking.

Ideal candidates will possess strong technical acumen in core Oracle technologies and cloud services, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, including AWS RDS.

Oversee Oracle databases, including Oracle RAC, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Implement and manage IT infrastructure components and services.

Handle incident management processes to resolve issues promptly.

Contribute to capacity planning and service level management.

Foster a collaborative environment and demonstrate strong behavioral skills in teamwork and customer engagement.

Proficiency in Oracle DB, Oracle RAC, and AWS RDS is mandatory.

Experience with IT Infrastructure, Incident Management, Service Level Management, and Capacity Management is required.

Familiarity with Bash, Exadata, and Gloden Gate is beneficial.
