This role focuses on providing expert technical support for cloud and infrastructure environments. Provide essential daily support for end-user hardware and software issues, acting as the primary escalation point for intricate desktop and laptop problems. Diagnose and resolve technical challenges across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Deliver both remote and on-site technical assistance to all employees, including senior leadership.

Manage operating system deployments, software installations, and patch management strategies. Maintain Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and group policies, while also overseeing asset management for end-user devices. Lead significant desktop upgrade and migration projects, such as OS version updates and hardware refreshes, and develop comprehensive standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of direct desktop support experience within a mid-to-large enterprise setting. Essential skills include strong proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and core enterprise applications like Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. Deep understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote administration tools is crucial.

Experience with imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM or Intune, along with patch management systems like InTune & Qualys, is necessary. A solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN, is also a key requirement. Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation abilities are vital for success in this role.
