Seeking a seasoned Technical Specialist in Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering, focusing on L2 ITSM operations.

This role is crucial for managing critical incidents and ensuring smooth operational transitions through effective change management processes.

The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience to drive adoption and minimize disruption during project implementations.

Take ownership of incident and P1 bridge management, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact.

Apply a robust change management framework to support project adoption and minimize risks.

Develop and execute communication strategies, conduct impact analyses, and assess organizational readiness for change.

Design and deliver training programs, coach project teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Create actionable plans for communications, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management. Monitor change progress and report on key metrics.

A minimum of 8 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in relevant roles.

ITIL certification is a mandatory requirement.

Proven ability to apply change management processes and tools effectively.

Demonstrated experience in supporting communication strategies, conducting impact analyses, and managing stakeholder engagement.

Strong consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to integrate change management activities seamlessly into project plans. Excellent communication skills are essential.
